Neko Syndicate is a compact efficiency puzzle about rival cat clans controlling sushi production in Mininogata. Over fifteen simultaneous turns, each player expands a pyramidal tableau that represents both a city district and a chain of command. The clan leader moves downward through this action tree, choosing left or right on each card to cook sushi, move cubes through warehouses, deliver orders, recruit new subordinates, or pursue missions. Because cards provide both actions and delivery goals, every addition changes the routes available in later turns. Public Kumichō missions reward the first clans to satisfy them, while personal deliveries and a carefully timed command path generate prestige. Interaction is mostly a race for missions rather than direct attack, so the central challenge is planning a clean sequence through a structure that keeps growing. Quick setup and simultaneous play make the game brisk; overlapping production constraints make it notably thinky.
