Wine Cellar is a compact auction game in which rival sommeliers build collections for particular clients. Each of eight rounds presents bottles with different origins, varieties, ages, and values. Players secretly choose bids, reveal together, and resolve the auction in bid order, creating a sharp contest between conserving purchasing power and securing the bottle that best fits the plan. Won bottles enter a personal timeline representing the order in which they will be consumed. Position matters: each wine scores differently as it matures, while the client card rewards favored regions or styles and pushes each player toward a distinct collection. The rules are concise and turns move quickly even with a large table because bidding is simultaneous. A solo mode supplies its own challenge, and the included More Clients promo expands the objectives. The result is an accessible auction game with enough timing, valuation, and spatial planning to reward repeated tastings.
