L’oaf is a semi-cooperative bluffing game about bakery employees determined to do as little work as possible without getting fired. Each baker holds the same numbered work cards and secretly commits one toward the round’s bread order. If the group reaches its target, the hardest worker gains reputation; if it fails, the biggest loafer loses it. Because played effort also disappears from your final score, every order becomes a tense read of who will carry the team and who is quietly saving energy for later. Five successes or failures end the shift, but anyone with negative reputation after a failed bakery is fired before scoring.
