Urban Sketchers turns a globe-trotting art practice into a medium-weight eurogame. A shared dice roll drives the action economy: each chosen die can fund travel, gather resources, acquire illustration cards, add a sketch to a notebook, or publish a finished report. Publishing earns money for longer journeys and prestige for victory, while specializations and upgrades make each artist more efficient over time. The pace is controlled by the players because the game ends only after enough reports have been published, creating tension between polishing one more notebook and closing the exhibition.
