Rebel Princess: 2nd Edition is a competitive trick-taking card game about fairy-tale heroines refusing unwanted proposals. Each of five rounds represents a day of the royal ball and introduces a different rule: suits may be forbidden, leads may rotate, or scoring and hand play may change. Players must follow suit and try to avoid winning Prince cards, especially the costly Frog Prince. Before play, everyone selects a princess with a once-per-round power that can rescue a dangerous trick or disrupt an opponent’s plan. The familiar foundations of Hearts make the game easy to enter, while variable round cards and asymmetric powers create fresh tactical puzzles. The winner is the princess with the fewest proposal points after five days, rewarding hand reading, timing, and knowing when to spend a unique ability.
