Port Arthur is a fast two-player naval strategy game about the opening campaign of the Russo-Japanese War. Japan must land armies in Manchuria and press its advantage before Russia can stabilize the theater; Russia tries to deny those routes, protect Port Arthur, and endure until the Baltic Fleet changes the balance. Each of the six turns compresses movement, combat, and operational choices into a focused contest of speed, gunnery, zone control, and calculated risk.
