Movers & Shakers places players in late nineteenth-century Bengal as railway investors connecting Benares and Calcutta. Over two rounds, players place action cards into shared slots, operate trains with limited movement, load and deliver goods, fulfill contracts, and invest in ventures that reshape the economic race. Because trains and routes are shared, every action alters the opportunities available to rivals. The result is a focused network-and-logistics game in which timing, ownership, and the value of money are inseparable.
