Miams is a lively roll-and-write race built around fruit combinations and a market of ability cards. Players roll five white dice, lock the fruit they need, and reroll once in pursuit of pairs, sets, full houses, straights, or the elusive five-of-a-kind. Scoring fills a personal heart track and generates stars and bonus tokens, while purchased Miams cards add permanent powers, one-shot effects, and end-of-turn combinations. The first player to reach fifty hearts triggers the finale, but the highest completed score wins.
