Merchants & Marauders: Broadsides is a standalone two-player naval duel set in the Caribbean world of Merchants & Marauders. Each captain combines cards to aim guns, hold for flexibility, load different ammunition, repair damage, sheer away from danger, or fire every cannon in a costly broadside. Solid shot punishes the hull, chain shot tears at rigging, and canister targets the crew. Victory comes by sinking the opposing ship or eliminating its captain and first mate, so every hand presents a choice between preparing a decisive volley and surviving the enemy’s next one.
