High Season: Grand Hotel Roll & Write condenses the layered hotel management of Grand Austria Hotel into a brisk dice-drafting game. Rolled dice form action groups, and the number of matching dice determines each action’s strength when selected. Players prepare and occupy rooms, climb emperor tracks, earn money, and hire staff on paired dry-erase boards, looking for bonuses that chain into one another. Eight hotel boards and eight staff boards create varied combinations, while seven fixed rounds keep every loan, room, and timing decision under pressure.
