Grow Sky is an engine-building race in both theme and structure. Players roll and draft dice to fly for resources and medals, develop their ship, or stand by for supplies. Development fills an engine-room grid with polyomino parts, while flight upgrades a personal rondel that makes later journeys more efficient. Route missions reward the first captain to meet them and goal missions rank everyone by completion. The final round begins when a player reaches fifteen medals or fills the engine room; the most decorated skyship wins.
