Forges of Ravenshire is a dice-worker-placement and engine-building game about competing for the vacant title of Forgemaster. Each of four seasons begins in town, where players place one coloured die to use a district and retrieve a different die, triggering the matching guild row they have developed on their personal board. That place-and-take rhythm makes every action do double duty: the die value matters now, while its colour powers an invested engine. In the production phase, the three retrieved dice move to the forge to make charcoal and steel, gather specialised materials, and complete increasingly valuable contracts. Guild members, workshop upgrades, market exchanges, assistants, reputation, and public titles all open distinct paths to gold. A dedicated solo system and progressive turn order preserve the efficiency puzzle from one to four players.
