Chandigarh casts players as urban planners building the modern Indian capital envisioned by Le Corbusier. On a turn, a planner moves the architect between district junctions, claims building cards, and places matching structures on adjacent plots. Completed card patterns score prestige and then become shared movement opportunities, so every construction can improve a rival’s route as well as your own. Municipal employees add tactical powers to a clean spatial puzzle about timing, access, and pattern efficiency.
