BasketBoss casts each player as a basketball manager competing to build the league’s most valuable team. New athletes enter a shared auction, and managers must judge how much to spend based on positions, ability, age, and the needs of rival rosters. Purchased players develop and score across the season, so a bargain today can become a star while an expensive signing may leave too little money for later opportunities. The simple auction structure creates sharp valuation decisions and constant interaction from two to five players.
