Wine & Cheese is a two-player strategy game about rival farms sharing Burgundy’s vineyards, pastures, and labor. In spring, paired workers move from farmhouses to plots; in autumn, they return, with each placement and retrieval producing ingredients according to the active farmhouse pattern. Multi-use cards become products, actions, or gourmet pairings, and timing determines when wine and cheese mature and sell. The shared money track and tight storage force constant interaction. At the end of two years, only the lower of each farm’s wine and cheese earnings counts, so a spectacular specialty cannot compensate for neglecting the other half of the business.
