Tofu Shifu is a worker-placement and pool-building game about managing a Chinese tofu restaurant. Players develop new tofu products and recipes, recruit workers with specialized abilities, organize production, and serve customers while pursuing public and private objectives. Retrieved action pieces cycle back into each player’s plans, so timing hires and production chains matters as much as expanding the menu. The final round begins when a player completes an eighth objective, and the restaurant with the most completed objectives wins.
