The Hunters A.D. 1492 is a fully cooperative campaign adventure set in a grim alternate Renaissance. Hunters travel between settlements, accept jobs, follow rumors, and confront creatures born from the Mist while a sixty-day clock pushes the main story forward. Hundreds of event, road, town, and narrative entries make the route feel lived-in, but survival also depends on practical preparation: barter for supplies, craft more than seventy pieces of equipment, improve the group’s wagon, and match each hunter’s abilities to grid-based tactical encounters. Weather, day and night, injuries, scarce resources, and difficult story choices carry consequences from one quest to the next.
