Snowcrest is a compact tableau and grid-building game set around a remote mountain village. Players lead priests, farmers, and laborers as they construct buildings, cultivate barley and juniper, make offerings, meditate, and seek ancient scrolls guarded by beasts. Multi-use cards and a growing square grid turn each action into a choice between immediate resources and long-term positioning. Distinct routes toward enlightenment reward specialization without removing the need to balance the whole village.
