Shadow Moon Syndicates casts each player as a crime boss competing for influence across a dangerous science-fiction moon. Over three rounds, players recruit cards from an open market, send agents into contested regions, and use operations and specialists to bend the balance of power. Credits fuel expansion, but every visible commitment gives rivals information about which districts matter most. The game combines area majority with flexible multi-purpose card play, producing a tense contest of timing, hand management, and calculated interference.
