ROVE Jr is a standalone, streamlined member of the ROVE family. The player manipulates four module cards into the formation shown by each mission, discarding movement cards to slide modules in a chosen direction. Every module also carries a one-time power that can rescue an awkward layout. Unlimited movement along one direction and a refreshed hand after each mission make this version friendlier than the original while variable difficulty still rewards careful sequencing and spatial planning.
