Merchants of Andromeda is a real-time economic game from Reiner Knizia. Players compete in rapid Dutch auctions for goods, then use their purchases and money to gain influence across planets. Event cards and political votes keep the market unstable, while simultaneous pressure makes every decision public and immediate. It reimagines Merchants of Amsterdam with a science-fiction setting and new factional twists.
