France ’40: 2nd Edition contains two operational wargames using one common rules system. Sickle Cut follows the German crossing of the Meuse and race to the Channel, while Dynamo begins with the British decision to withdraw toward Dunkirk and hold an evacuation perimeter. Players manage armor, air support, morale, supply, breakthrough combat, and determined defense across two full-size hex maps. The second edition revises major movement and combat procedures, updates the order of battle, rebalances both campaigns, and adds a combined scenario that links the maps from May 13 to June 3, 1940.
