Forever Home is a welcoming pattern-building game about finding new families for shelter dogs. Each player manages a five-by-five shelter grid and spends two actions per turn bringing in dog tokens, moving dogs, or claiming training cards whose patterns match the shelter. Completed training sends dogs to home cards, where different family types score in distinct ways, while the shared commendation board rewards majorities in training, rehoming, and variety. Turns are fast, but each placement changes several scoring possibilities at once. A double-sided player board adds an advanced challenge, and a dedicated solo mode replaces table competition with trainer objectives and a round limit. The result is an accessible spatial puzzle with enough drafting tension and scoring overlap to reward repeated play.
