Fairy Tale Inn is a two-player abstract strategy game built around a striking vertical board. Players draft familiar fairy-tale characters, then slide guest tiles into columns of the inn. Each tile falls to the lowest open room, so every placement changes what can be reached next. Guests score in different ways: some reward neighbors, some care about floors or groups, and many trigger immediate powers that move coins or alter the value of nearby rooms. Choosing a character therefore means evaluating both its own scoring pattern and the chain reaction it creates as it lands. The shared display keeps intentions visible, while the gravity-based board makes blocking and timing easy to understand at a glance. Coins function as both points and a resource, adding pressure to spend efficiently without giving away the lead. The game ends when the inn is full, and the player whose guests and coins have created the richer tableau wins. Quick setup, bold components, and asymmetric character effects support repeated tactical duels.
