Barbarian Kingdoms is an interactive strategy game set during the great migrations into the fading Western Roman Empire. Each leader commands an asymmetric kingdom, moves across a compact map, commits limited forces, and competes for wealth and territory. Battles are driven by visible strength, hidden intentions, and negotiated support rather than long tactical procedures. Temporary alliances can decide a campaign, but every promise competes with the need to establish the most prosperous kingdom before the old world closes around its successors.
