Zero to Hero reshapes trick-taking with chunky numbered tiles and a scoring system that makes both first and second place matter. After all players reveal, the total value of each suit determines the strongest suit and only then does its highest tile identify the winner. A lone two can steal a trick, points may be gained or lost, and a player who ends a hand on exactly zero can trigger the dramatic comeback condition that gives the game its name.
