Wrath of Fire Mountain is a family strategy game set on a shifting prehistoric island. On each turn, players roll dice Yahtzee-style and use the results to place cave people, move across terrain, climb the volcano, or advance toward hatching dinosaurs. Each dinosaur adds a distinct power, from extra dice to movement through water or flight across the map. Control of the volcano also lets a tribe push an entire row or column of the modular four-by-four landscape, breaking old regions and creating new scoring opportunities. When the volcano fills, it erupts: majorities in every connected forest, grassland, and water area score, occupied pieces return, and the race continues until a player reaches the threshold for the group size.
