Valpiedra: Descensus ad tenebras is a compact cooperative adventure and tactical-combat game set beneath a cursed village. One to four players choose heroes, descend through four levels of catacombs, fight creatures with dice and asymmetric abilities, and manage shared health, equipment, damage, and the rising Evil track. Reaching the relic is only half the ordeal: the group must then survive the ascent and complete its final rest in Valpiedra. Ranked creature decks, random events, and optional modes vary the opposition while the two-part descent-and-ascent structure keeps every resource decision tense.
