Triad is a two-player abstract strategy game played with black and white dice that show the values one, two, and three. On a turn, a player changes one of their dice to a new value, then moves it exactly that many spaces. A line of three dice forms a triad when the values are either all identical or all different and the line contains at least one die of each color. The player who creates the pattern removes one of their own dice; the first to remove three wins.
