That Escalated Quickly is a cooperative party game of creative answers and social deduction. One player reads a scale prompt, such as ranking unexpected roommates from cutest to scariest, while everyone else secretly receives a number from one to ten. Each response must match its hidden intensity without revealing the number. The reader then orders the answers on the play mat; matching the secret order earns the team a success. The English edition adapts Cocktail Games’ Top Ten into a compact, fast-moving Exploding Kittens format.
