Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures: Change is Constant is a scenario-driven miniatures game built for cooperative or one-versus-many play. Heroes move across modular city tiles, share custom action dice with adjacent allies, build hands of ability cards, and combine attacks, movement, defense, and special techniques into team turns. In competitive mode, a villain player commands Baxter Stockman and his robots; in cooperative mode, an automated priority system directs enemies. Linked scenarios introduce new maps, objectives, allies, and escalating challenges, while character upgrades and deck construction let the Turtles develop between battles. The system rewards close formation and coordinated dice sharing without losing the exuberant momentum of the comics.
