Slide turns a deck of numbered cards into a quick simultaneous spatial puzzle. Each player begins with sixteen face-down cards in a 4×4 grid. At the start of a turn everyone reveals one card, then the first player selects any revealed number and slides it into the empty edge of their own grid, shifting an entire row or column as it enters. The other players choose in ascending order of the revealed cards, so selection order and the shape of every grid keep changing together. After sixteen turns all cards are face up. Orthogonally adjacent cards with the same value are removed before the remaining numbers are totaled, rewarding players who shaped clusters without trapping high cards far apart. A single round is complete in about fifteen minutes, while the optional multi-round format continues until someone reaches 100 points and the lowest cumulative score wins.
