Quorum casts each player as a Roman senator competing for influence across the empire. On each turn you take a card from the common display and play one to your tableau, extending your presence in provinces and in four spheres of power: military, commerce, architecture, and intrigue. After every senator has played twelve cards, province majorities, card combinations, end-game bonuses, and the favor of the gods convert that network of influence into victory points. The rules are concise, but the shared market and visible commitments make every draft interactive: a card can strengthen your own plan, complete a scoring set, or deny a rival a decisive province.
