Pole Position is a motorsport simulation in which each player manages a racing team through qualifying and a full Grand Prix. Drivers, cars, tyres, weather, fuel, and track position all affect performance. Movement is resolved on a grid with dice, but preparation and tactical choices determine how much risk a team must accept. Players bid for resources, negotiate during key moments, and decide when to push a car beyond its safe limits. Critical successes can create dramatic overtakes, while failures may damage a vehicle or end a driver’s race. The game supports solo play and up to six teams, with race length and circuit complexity allowing sessions to scale from a focused contest to a longer championship-style event. Victory belongs to the manager who balances outright speed with reliability, timing, and the changing conditions on track.
