Pit Crew is a simultaneous team race built around the controlled chaos of a motorsport pit stop. Crew members play cards in real time to remove and replace tires, refuel the car, and repair its engine, communicating under pressure while competing teams work just as quickly. Correct sequences matter as much as raw speed: errors can erase the seconds a team hoped to gain, while a clean stop earns turbo bonuses on the race track. Different crew arrangements support two to nine players, making the game a lively test of pattern recognition, division of labor, and calm communication in fifteen to thirty minutes.
