Origami is a compact card game in which every card can become either material or a finished paper creation. Players first gather fold cards from the shared display, then spend matching fold values to play origami into two personal collections. Each family of animals emphasizes a different style of scoring or timing, and the order of cards matters because new creations partially cover earlier ones while leaving their abilities available. Deciding whether to preserve a useful card as a fold or spend it for its printed effect creates a steady series of small tradeoffs. When the deck runs out, completed collections and goal bonuses determine the most accomplished paper artist.
