One-Hit Heroes is a cooperative boss-rush card game in which the entire team is only one successful enemy attack from defeat. Every round moves through Scout, Fight, Rest, and Survive phases: reveal the boss move, play a tightly limited hand of hero cards, rebuild resources, then endure the response. Damage creates aggro and makes heroes more vulnerable, so blocking, dodging, timing, and table coordination matter as much as raw offense. Defeated bosses unlock curated packs that expand the shared Armory and deepen future deck construction.
