Obscurians is a game of deduction, bluffing, and shifting bargains on a remote desert planet. Each shadow merchant serves a secret client who wants a particular combination of goods. Henchman dice let players gain, give, or exchange goods, but every transaction also reveals clues about hidden priorities. Suspicion chips reward correctly identifying rival clients, while event cards and the approaching sandstorm keep the market unstable. Success comes from advancing your own mission without making it obvious and from reading what every generous-looking trade is really trying to accomplish.
