Movie Tricks is a compact card game that turns trick-taking into a film-production draft. Players choose cards that determine the order in which they select from the shared market, and the cards committed to the trick become the market for the following round. Each choice therefore has two consequences: it determines access now and shapes what everyone can draft next. Collected cards represent story, roles, props, soundtrack, and CGI, with scoring rewards for building a coherent production rather than simply taking the highest visible value. Multi-use cards and changing turn order keep the puzzle interactive from the opening scene to the final cut.
