Monikers: Serious Nonsense is a standalone adult card set for the acclaimed team guessing game. At the beginning, players curate a shared deck from the people, characters, ideas, and deeply strange references in their hands. Teams then play that same deck through three rounds. In round one, the clue giver may say anything except the printed name. In round two, every clue must be a single word. In round three, words disappear entirely and only charades remain. Because the cards repeat, facts and jokes from earlier rounds become a collective language, turning an impossible gesture into an instant answer. Serious Nonsense features cards selected with Shut Up & Sit Down and can be played on its own or mixed with other Monikers sets. The rules are almost immediate, scoring is friendly, and the accumulating callbacks make the final round much funnier than a conventional trivia or acting game.
