Junta: Viva el Presidente! distills the bribery, bargaining, and treachery of the fictional República de las Bananas into a brisk competitive game. The president distributes development aid while every member of the junta tries to expand a private estate. Deals are temporary, cash is persuasive, and private militias provide a direct answer when political promises fail. Players choose actions simultaneously, resolve attacks with dice, and race to be the first to complete the required estate improvements.
