Inflection Point is the seventh Battalion Combat Series game and pairs two operational battles surrounding Stalingrad. The Battle for Kalach follows the German drive east in July 1942; the Battle of the Chir River examines the December struggle after Sixth Army was trapped. Formation activation, command, supply, terrain, and step losses shape each operation. Several scenarios range from short exercises on half a map to ten-turn campaigns across two maps, allowing both focused studies and broader operational plans.
