Iberian Railways is a stock-and-track game in which players buy shares in railway companies, then use those companies to expand across a hex map of Spain and Portugal. New links increase a company’s income, but every shareholder benefits, so the player who pays for a route may enrich a rival. Loans fund aggressive construction at a long-term cost, and end-game bonuses reward well-positioned networks. With no private company ownership, success comes from investing at the right moment and persuading others to improve the lines you already hold.
