Hummingbirds is a fast real-time memory game built around hidden sand timers. Flowers enter play with timers running beneath them, and every player must remember approximately when each one should expire. Claim a flower and reveal its timer: if the sand has run out, you gain a nectar token of that color; if it is still moving, you lose your lowest-value nectar. Longer timers promise more valuable rewards, but they are harder to judge while new flowers and competing calls divide your attention. When any nectar color is depleted, the game ends and the player with the highest total nectar wins.
