Humanity places competing scientific teams on Titan in 2073, each responsible for preparing a permanent civilian base. Players send astronauts to an automated station to produce resources, acquire modules, and conduct experiments, then fit those modules into expanding personal installations. Every assignment costs time as well as materials, so an astronaut sent farther around the station returns later and may miss another opportunity. Three mission years reward efficient construction, research progress, and carefully timed commitments.
