Grind House casts two to six players as strangers invited into a decaying mansion by a mysterious Host. Each room presents traps and consequences resolved through dice, cards, and group choices, while injuries accumulate and survival becomes increasingly uncertain. Some moments reward cooperation and others tempt players to sacrifice one another, creating a brisk horror experience driven by table talk, sudden elimination, and the question of who can escape with the promised reward.
