Gardlings combines bag building, tile placement, and push-your-luck play in a compact simultaneous puzzle. Every round, players draw creature tiles from their own bags and add them to a personal garden, rotating each tile so its gem halves form complete jewels. Drawing can stop at any time, but greed has a clear risk: too many gnomes trigger an alarm and steal value from the harvest. Completed gems become purchasing power for one new creature from the shared display. That tile goes into the bag with everything already owned, so each purchase changes the probabilities and possibilities of every later garden. Creature powers reward clever adjacency, planning, and timing, while simultaneous building keeps the pace quick at every player count. The spatial puzzle expands naturally as bags improve, creating satisfying combinations without a long rules overhead. Solo play turns the system into a personal score challenge, while multiplayer games add a race for valuable market tiles and the decisive victory trophy.
