Forged in Steel follows Pueblo, Colorado, across two turbulent decades from 1890 to 1910. Players use multi-purpose cards either for action points or for historically grounded events, then build, buy, or seize properties while competing for influence across the growing city. Immigration, industry, unrest, riots, and elections transform the board as the first era gives way to the second. Wealth matters, but lasting victory comes from combining civic influence with well-timed development in a city remade by steel.
