Europe in Turmoil II is a two-player card-driven political game covering Europe between the world wars. One player leads the moderate Left and the other the moderate Right, contesting influence across six scoring regions while trying to control their own extremist wings. Event cards trace the Roaring Twenties, the Great Depression, rearmament, the Spanish Civil War, and the collapse of collective security; seven rearmament races and a shifting political map make long-term timing as important as local influence.
