Diluvium is a civilization game played against the certainty of a coming flood. Each people explores a modular island, moves workers across its grid, gathers resources, and develops a distinct power while the shared rondel determines which actions are available. Expansion creates access to new opportunities but also stretches a civilization’s ability to protect what it has built. Variable setup and asymmetric abilities make each expedition different, and the approaching deluge turns long-term growth into a timing problem: score from the island while there is still an island left to use.
